I need window balances for our Alenco windows. The stamp on the part says 2330 J

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we have replacement channel balances we can recommend to you, however, I'll need to see a photo of your existing balances removed from the window.

I'll need to see a photo of any attachments that may be on the top and bottom of the balance or any that could possibly be left behind in the window. It would be best to see an undamaged version of your balance, if possible. Let me know if you have any questions.

This is what I have but I can take more. There's nothing on the window itself. Just the square hole these balances attach to.

Thanks for the photos. It looks like you have either the S351-24 with a 1" shoe or the S390-24 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. You'll need to select the 2330 stamp.
