Window balance replacement

Question

I'm looking for two window balance replacements for a 19" balance with the stamp 19-5. The window size that the balance was in is 38 3/8" wide and 22 3/16" tall. I've attached two photos to show the balance and the top parts. Are you able to help me identify this part?

Thanks for writing in! These will need to be custom/special order balances, given that you have a wheel in the shoe; they are Extended-Travel Balances.

To confirm pricing and availability, it would help to see a photo of the existing balance so that we are able to see how the shoe is attached to the balance. Also, I am not able to see the clip or hook attached to the shoe of the balances in your photos. The hook is one of the important details of the balance that helps us to identify the proper replacement. May I see a clear photo of the hook?

Please also double check the length of the metal channel of your balances.

Please also be aware, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to create the link; there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type. Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
