Window balance replacement

Looking for window balance replacements (See attached photos). the width is 0.50". The length of the metal is 28". This length does not include the plastic parts at each end. The weight of the window is about 23 lbs. The series 350 or 351 looks about right, but I'm not sure. Please help!

Good morning, and thanks for posting. Looks like your top attachment is winged, while your bottom is not. I need to figure out what that bottom shoe is. Check out our 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match.

Looks like my current shoe measures 1" x 1/2" x 1-1/8", so the 15-001 is the winner.
