Our existing balance is from an Amsco window and has the numbers 2620 stamped on the 1/2" channel. The channel is 27" long. I'm including pictures of the top and bottom plastic guides.

Thanks for your post! The balance you have here is a custom 26-7/8" long, Extended-Travel Channel Balance. I'm happy to provide you with a quote for the replacements but I'll need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.
