Window balance replacement

I have two windows that won't stay up and it appears the balance coil broke( the plastic piece). Believe I would need four sets (one on each side of the window). Seeing if you guys could perhaps help me figure out which parts I need

Hello,

Your photos resemble the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses the Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. You'll need to check the original coils for stamps to choose the corresponding strength options. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!

That looks right with the pivot shoe. The coil spring I attached a photo, it has a 9 on it with the end pointing away from you like the picture I attached. But if end is pointing towards mean it is a 6. So not sure which coil spring I need. Also do I need new coil spring ( they look intact, only the pivot shoe has cracked?
The other pictures show the top part or perhaps stopper from video I watched. Does that need replaced or is that ok, any advice helps

It looks like your coil spring is also broken in half, so they'll need to be replaced as well. Since it's unclear if the stamp is a 6 or 9, I'd recommend weighing the sash. We can use the weight to calculate the strength options needed for your replacements.

If they're still in good condition, you can reuse the 15-186 clip and 15-182 bushing.

In that case, I'd suggest using one S190-940 coil on each side.
