Window balance replacement for 28 3 EX CMC 7

Hi,
I am trying to find replacement channel balances. I have a series of windows throughout the house all of which are starting to have problems with the channel balance.

The panel reads "28 3 EX CMC 7"

Please let me know what parts I should be purchasing.

Can we see the end nylon attachments on either end of the metal channel? This will help us determine the best replacement option for you.
