Window balance replacement help

I don't know which ones to order... I need some that are 24 inches with the marking 234 and 12 inches for the marking 112. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the length of each balance? Make sure to only measure the metal channel. The 23-4 balance should be 23-5/8" long, and the 11-2 balance should be 11-5/8" long. Can you also tell me how many of each you need?

The metal part ofthe balance measures 23 7/8 and 11 7/8

Thank you! I think our 5/8" long balances can still work. I just need to know how many of each you need and we can get started.
