Window balance replacement help

I need help identifying and finding replacement parts for this window balance. The markings on the balance are 2740 BSI. I couldn't find the brand of the window. The shoe had what looked like an 8 on the bottom.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid your balance is too damaged to identify. We'd like to see one in undamaged condition and removed from the window, along with a clear shot of the shoe and the hook attached at the end of the cord. The related video will show you how to remove your old pivot shoe from the window track.
As for the parts in the third photo, would it be possible to see photos of them installed? That may help with our search.
