Window balance replacement parts.

Hi,
Looking for replacement parts for my broken balance.
It is 1/2" wide and 28" long. 2790 BSI LH31 is engraved on it.

My sash weighs about 30 pounds.
Wonder if you can advise me on the part from your catalog that would replace my old balance?

Hi Alexander. This looks like an S395-28 Channel Balance. Confirm the exact weight of your window sash. If it's exactly 30 lbs, you could use either the 2750 (for a window sash weighing 26 through 30 lbs) or 2760 (window sash weighing 30 through 33 lbs) stamp options. If it weighs a little less or more, you'll want to make sure you pick a stamp option with the appropriate weight range. Let me know if you have any other questions.
