Window balance replacement; vinyl windows in home built in 2004.

Question

Just want to order the right replacement parts. Balance length appears to be 26-1/2 inches and has markings saying 26 and another saying 4 bsi PB. It appears that the 26" Series 385 Channel Balance most closely resembles the current ones.

I'm afraid I cannot verify if the Series 385 is a match. That depends entirely on the design and size of the nylon fittings, which are not entirely visible in this photo.

As long as your top and bottom fittings match the 19-005 and 15-004, respectively, then the S385-26 will work perfectly well for you.
