Window balance replacements

Question

I have to replace this part in 5 of my windows (both sides)and I know they are 28" but I am having a hard time figuring out the model (I don't see any number on them)could you assist me with that? I also need some take put clips that have broken.

We should be able to help replace this, though it will need to be specially made. Before we begin, can you tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel? Can you also tell me how many you need?
