Window balance replacements

Hello,

Thanks for posting! I'm confident we can provide you with a replacement for the channel balance. Although, to narrow down the correct replacement match, I'll need to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments on the assembly. 

I'll also need to see a photo of the bracket connecting the spring and the cord (string) in the middle of the balance.
