Channel Balance ID

A quick learner from Port Saint Lucie Florida says:
To whom it may concern. I am attempting to replace all the window balance rods in my new to me home in Florida. I live 1400 miles away but took some measurements and brought one home with me. Please help me identify this so I can purchase new ones for every window.

See either our S380-17 or S385-17. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the image below for reference. In either case, for a stamp option choose 1620.
