Window balance "shoe"?

Question

Not sure what it's called but more importantly I just ordered some balances as samples for a customer.  If they are right, then I'm going to need to find 60 pieces of this part in addition to the window balances.  Do you have this part, or access to it?

This looks a lot like our 15-015. Please compare the dimensions, particularly the width and thickness, and see if this matches what you need.
