Window balance shoe

The old shoe in my balance fell apart, I'm struggling to find the correct replacement shoe, as the balances are still in good condition so I don't want to replace them as well.

Based upon experience, when the balance shoes become damaged, the balances are soon to follow suit. So, you may also want to consider replacing those soon.
