Window balance shoe set

Hi there, I ordered 2 new balance sashes or balance springs whatever they are, and the shoe set that was recommended with it, but it didn't match up. I returned the set and they said to come to you guys because they don't have the inventory. The 4 with the plastic shoes on the ends are the old ones, and I have 6 single springs that I need replacements for. Let me know if you guys need more pictures or have any questions! Thanks for your help, this form is a great tool.
