Window balance slider

Based on your website info, I think I need to order the 14" Series 380 Channel Balance with option 1350. This is product code 5380-14. My slider window weighs 13.3 lbs. My slider has "Wings" on the top and bottom plastic pieces.

Can you confirm based on my photos that I am ordering the correct parts. Thank you.

Hi there!

Does the bottom fitting measure 1" deep? If so then I agree that the Series 380 would be what you want. Note that we also have the Series 385 which has a bottom fitting that measures 1-3/32" deep.
