Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you'll need for your window, however, these will need to be a custom order balance. Our standard S385-30 would not work as a suitable replacement.

To confirm pricing and availability and to ensure we are providing you with the correct balances, I'll need to see a clearer photo of the bottom hook on the shoe. I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to order as there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
