Thanks for posting. It looks like you need a spiral balance. Is this for a tilt window? If so, it is either the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 5/8" diameter Series 600. Black Tips are usually seen with the Series 600, but see the video below that explains how to match the right replacement.
