Window balance spring

The Id number is 29c BSI (sideways) PB

There is no identifying mark on the window frame or etched in glass in corner. On the window lock it has the letters IWC.

The window size is 43,5" x 29" single hung window. It weighs 25.2 lbs.

These windows were installed during construction of a condominium in Hawaii in 2004.

This is a great service and sure hope you can help me.

Hi there, we're certainly here to help! Take a look at our S770-29 balance. You'll choose the 29C option to correspond with the number printed on what you have now. Let us know how the repair goes!

Thank you, Kathleen. My window weighs 25.2 lbs. That seems to match the 29d option. The measurements of my broken sash spring unit is l 29 x w9/16 × d1/2. Is 29d the option I should order?

If your scale is accurate and your bottom sash weighs 25Ibs, you should go with the 29D option. Thank you!
