These windows were installed on a new construction home in 2012. The builder is McBride homes and the windows have "MI windows and doors sticker on them.
I can easily replace this.

Hello,
Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-180, which uses the Series 190 coil springs. Take a look at the specifications to confirm they match your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
