Window balance springs

This window is in a building that was converted to a condo complex in the early 1990's in downtown Denver, Colorado. I wanted to be cautious on my attempts to remove the part since I do not have experience with this sort of window. I am looking for any info on replacement parts or OEM brand names.

Attached are photos of the 42 inch long balancers I want to replace, in keeping with what I read is needed from your website & videos. I would like to order these parts.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Is the top fitting winged like the 19-005? If so, I'd recommend the Series 380 and Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. Can you measure as shown below and tell us what you find?
I'm afraid we don't recognize the part shown in your photo labeled "keeper", however. Would it be possible for us to see it installed?
