They are the two Balance Springs that allow the window to open and close on a double hung kitchen window

Thanks for reaching out! This coil balance assembly is similar to our Series 230 Coil Balance. Since yours are marked with a 7.5, you'll need the S230-07.

These come assembled with the 16-033 Mounting Bracket.
