Hello I'm not sure which window balance to buy, the bottom read 3390 34, Thank You for your help

This is one of our half-inch channel balances; look at the top and bottom attachments to pick one.

As for your stamp, it points to a 34" metal bar and (coincidentally) a 34 pound sash. Verify that information (by removing the window sash to weigh it), and if it's the case, choose a 34" balance with the "3360" stamp option. You will see this option on the site when you place your order.
