Window balance stopper : SWISCO.com

I have placed order number 3284479 and received it. The balances work well but I found a broken stopper in the top corner of the window and it doesn't allow the balance to stay in the correct placem could you please help me get a replacement? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 18-188. The depth for this top sash guide is 1/2". We recommend you review the specifications to see how they compare with your old guide.

Thank you for the reply. I think almost all dimensions match with very small differences but the one circled in the attached picture is actually half the size of my part. Mine measures about 4.5/16 which work be 18/32 and the one you recommended is 9/32. Do you think you could find one that might match?

I don't think it's critical for the operation of the window balance. However, we came up with two additional options: the 18-008, which has a bottom tail thickness of 3/8", and the 18-165, where the bottom tail depth is 1/2". Take a look and see what you think.
