Window balance strings

Question

I have window balances that have 2 sets of numbers.  They are L5310#3110-85. & 11600-17.  What balance do I need to order?

Are these balances for Andersen windows? If so, I recommend our 24-1033 based on your stamp of "10#31." Please confirm that "10#31" is stamped a little more prominently than the other numbers, perhaps in a larger font or off by itself. That's an important distinction to make.
