Window balance 26 4 GW CMC 7

Question

I have a window balance to replace.

The metal portion is 27 inches long, not including the plastic ends.

The stamp reads "26 4 GW CMC 7".

It is for a Milgard, single hung, non-tilt window. The portion of the window that it lifts weighs 25 pounds. The actual dimensions of the window are: 33.5" wide by 29" tall by 1.625" deep, including the frame, but not the latch, or handles.
or 2004.

The window was installed in 2003 or 2004.
