We'd be happy to help but your photos only show the top of the sash guide. We would need to see an undamaged guide removed from the sash, along with written out dimensions, to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

Thank you Casey, I have taken additional photos. The measurements are 1 1/2 " long x 1/2 " thick x 25/32" wide
