Window balance weathercraft 1995 window

Question

Our lower double hung window won't hold position. The coil is broken and the balance appears to be as well. Any idea whether you might carry this style?
I haven't removed the broken one but can if needed to identify with certainty. Thanks for any help!

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement coil balance assemblies you need. However, I'll need to see a photo of the pivot shoe to confirm the proper replacement.

It would be best to see the shoe and the entire assembly removed from the window as that will give a better idea of the parts you need. You'll also need to have them removed to confirm any measurements and confirm the stamps/markings from the metal coil.
