Window balance and cam

Hello

I have block and tackle window balance. Need to identify replacement for them and also the sash cam. The Sash cam is 5/8 top and is 2-1/2" long.

Balance has stamped on it 24 c.

Thanks for writing in! Your channel balance reminds me of our Series 350 Channel Balance with a non-winged top and winged bottom. Specifically, you'll need the S350-25. The stamp option you'll need is the 2430 which can support a sash weighing 15 to 19lbs.

We do not carry an exact replacement for your top sash guide, however, I believe either our 18-008 should work fine as a replacement. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing guide to determine if this might work for you.
