Window balance and cam, in the window and out

My name is Henry and I am trying to identify the balance and cam for my windows, see attached pic's. I do not know the name brand of the windows in my house. Can you suggest the name brand of the windows?

Looking at the parts on your company website they look like their the 15-195, please confirm.

I forgot to mention the dimensions of the balance shoes for my windows, they are the same dimensions as Product Code: 15-195. Also, what makes them open or closed cam?
