Window balance and endpiece

A home owner from Los Angeles says:
1)I need two channel balances. The balance is stamped 2430 BG BSI.
2) Also, when the pulley rope broke, the balance rammed into and broke the end-piece attached to the sash that the balance fits into.
3)Do you sell lubricant to help the sash slide more easily?
Thank you very much!

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-25 or S385-25 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2430 spring strength options for your replacement balances. You can use silicone spray to keep your balances from squeaking and working smoothly.

We may be able to help with your top sash guide as well but we would need to see an undamaged one removed from the window, along with dimensions to compare to our inventory.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you so much! The top sash guide is shown in the photos. It's dimensions are 7/8" x 11/16" x 1 3/8".

The window sash weighs about 15 pounds.

Again, thank you sooo much!

Take a look at our 18-009 top sash guide and carefully compare the dimensions on our product page to yours. Thanks for posting!
