Thanks for posting. This looks like a 30" Series 770 Channel Balance. The standard version of these balances attach to the top of the window track via a screw. However, it appears you have a rivet in the top hole. Did this balance attach to the window track via an S-Clip like our 19-029 or 19-030 ? If so, we can custom-build balances with rivets in the top hole so you can use S-Clips. Can you just tell us how many balances you need? Can you also show us a picture of any stamp code on the metal channel? If there is none, you will need to give us the exact weight of the window sash. For a new pivot shoe, see our 15-135 . Go over the dimensions, particularly the width and thickness of the shoe, to confirm it matches. I am less certain about your pivot bar; based on experience, I don't think that 'offset' is particularly relevant; but I want to check with one of my senior colleagues to confirm the right replacement. We'll get back to you as soon as we can with more information. |

Bob's out sick today, but I should be able to help you. So, we can definitely supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order like Bob mentioned. We'll basically be using our S770-30 but we'll remove the screw plug at the top and install a rivet in its place. You can reuse your old S clip. We just need to know how many balances you need. Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote for that quantity. As for the pivot bar, it's not made anymore but I believe either our 26-360 or 26-306 will work. They'll both be compatible with your 15-135 pivot shoe. I know that neither has an offset as dramatic as yours but that doesn't matter as much as you'd think. They'll still work fine. I'll await your quantity. |

Great, thanks! I'll shoot that over right now. Let me know if you had any questions. |
