Please provide part numbers for this PGT single hung window:

50.5"W x 31.5"T

Balance: 31 inches long (including top and bottom plastic parts)

Balance is imprinted with: 29 3 AX CMC 7

Balance is 30" not including plastic end parts

See our S395-30 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 2930. For the Top Sash Guide see either our 18-009 or maybe the 18-015. Compare both with your old hardware and see if either match what you need.
