Window balance and shoe

I need to get some new window balances and shoes. As you can see it is a 3440, 35" balance. I am having trouble on the site with the shoe though. It's 1 1/4" wide and 1 7/16" tall.

Thanks for posting! The shoe looks like our 15-105. As for the balance, it will need to be custom made. Before we can begin, can you tell me how many you need?
