Window balance and tackle replacement parts

Question

I'm trying to figure out which part is the right replacement? The plastic piece on the bottom is 1 1/8" by 1/2".

Your balances have winged top and bottom attachments. That said, you'll likely need the S385-29 to replace your balances. It has a 1-3/32" shoe depth.

Our 2840 stamp will support a sash weighing 23 to 28lbs.
