Window balance and top sash guides

The window balance that was used in this was a 23 5 FO Caldwell.I probably should be replacing all of the top balances not real sure what your package quantity is but I figure I'll need at least 20 I will also be taking other windows down and will probably be needing other balances as well

Your top sash guide is similar in design to our 18-201, but you should compare our dimensions to yours to ensure that they match.
