Window balancee

It looks like you have a type of non-tilt spiral balance. We'd be happy to look into your replacement options but we would need to see the balance fully removed from the window, including the end of the spiral. We'll also nee you to write out the diameter and length of the housing tube. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us but, unfortunately, we can't make out the tip of your spiral while it is still installed. We'll need to see it fully removed from the jamb to confirm if we carry a suitable replacement. Also, please note that these non-tilt balances generally have a housing tube that measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter.
