Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-208. As for your balances, we can help but the will need to be custom made. To get started, we'd like to see a close-up picture of the metal clip at the end of your balance, as well a picture of your stamp. Please confirm the length of the metal channel since it's hard to make out in your photo. We'll also need the weight of the window sash to confirm that you get the correct spring strength.
