Window balancer

These photos are from the same type of window but smaller , I need (2) 47" balancers for a window that doesn't have them in place they are missing.
The window sash measures 48" high and the pictures I sent are from a window that measures 18 1/2 " high

We may be able to supply a balance in that size, but it would have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, can you also tell me the exact weight of the sash that balance supports?
