Window balancer

I am confident we can replace these balances, but that stamp code only tells us the strength of the spring inside the balance. To know its identity, please remove the balance and give us photos of the nylon fittings at both ends of the metal channel. We'll do our best to help from there. 

See our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2640.
