Window balancer

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 26-5/8" which is what makes it custom. I will just need a few pieces of information to get this moving for you.

Can you remove your balance from the window and show us a photo of the top fitting as well as the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord?
