We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the stamp codes on the balance channel only indicate the spring strength needed to support the weight of the window. To narrow down your replacement options, we would need to see detailed photos of the top and bottom fittings of an undamaged balance removed from the window, as well as the clip at the end of the pulley cord.
