Thanks for posting! Your channel balance assembly appears to be our S795-15, which comes assembled with a screw-in clip and a 15-195 1-1/4" Closed Cam, T-Lock Balance Shoe.

I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to cross-reference the stamp on your balances. That said, I will need to know the exact weight of the sash.
