I need to replace the window balances. Milgard windows from 1980.

Hello there!
If this is a tilt window, I'd recommend the 3/8" Series 900 or 9/16" Series 600 depending on the outer tube diameter.
If it's a non-tilt window, we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged assembly and show us a clear photo of the extended spiral tip along with the bracket?
