Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the balance fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Please make sure to include both end fittings and the clip at the end of the pulley cord. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us, but I cannot confirm if your top fitting has wings like the bottom while it is still inside the window jamb. If you could confirm, that would help us narrow down your options.

Hello Casey,
The top does have wings like the bottom. Please see attached pictures for the top and bottom.
Thanks so much.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-34 or S385-34 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 3330 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hello Casey,
Isn't ok if I can buy one of each and return the not used one?
Thanks so much for your expertise.
