Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a replacement for the jamb liner balance spring you have here. If this is for a wood window, you'll need to visit a local millwork in your area to determine if they might be able to get you set up with the right replacements. Should you have a vinyl window, you'll need to contact the window manufacturer to inquire about obtaining a replacement.
