The channel is ½ wide
The channel is 5/8 deep
May you please help me find the correct replacement parts?

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 26-5/8" long. Can you confirm this for us? We will also need to see a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the cord, along with a side-angle shot of the bottom shoe. Lastly, how many balances are you looking to order?
