Window balancer

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Is the window used for this balance identical to the one with the missing balances? If so, we'll need to see photos of the top and bottom fittings along with the confirmed depth of the bottom fitting. 

We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.
