I am almost certain we can supply you with the balance replacements you need but I'll need to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments from the existing balance to identify the correct series. I'll also need to see a photo of the spring side of the channel balance.

The stamp from the balance only tells us the weight range the balance should be able to hold to support the sash, but it can't be used to identify the balance, unfortunately.

Thanks for the additional photo! Take a look at the S378-30, S380-30, and S385-30 as possible replacement options. You'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe to narrow down the correct series.

I believe the 2950 should be the correct option but I do suggest double checking that your sash weight falls between 28 to 32lbs.
